Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, helping to manage employee relations matters, support key HR processes, coordinate employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to the delivery of an effective and professional HR service.
Previous experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally within a professional services environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. CIPD qualifications would be advantageous.
