- A hands-on Business Development & Marketing Manager/Director role within the trust and company services sector, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full client journey from enquiry to onboarding, building intermediary relationships, and leading strategic BD and marketing activity across jurisdictions.
- Strong technical trust and company services experience (sector-essential), ideally 10+ years within an international trust business, with proven business development and marketing capability, confidence engaging senior stakeholders, a collaborative mindset, and either an existing intermediary network or the ability to build one.
- A highly flexible, senior commercial role where you will have genuine influence over strategy and growth, international exposure, travel and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a well-established, values-driven global trust group.
