  • Provide high-quality, end-to-end support for board and committee operations, including planning meetings, managing governance documentation, running effectiveness reviews, maintaining board systems, and ensuring strong governance practices across a complex, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
  • Proven experience supporting boards/committees (ideally in financial services or a regulated environment), strong knowledge of governance and company law, excellent organisation and attention to detail, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex workloads; CGI qualification or willingness to complete it is beneficial.
