GET UP EARLY
Rise earlier and eliminate stress - use this time to exercise, for selfcare, to read, plan, meditate or just enjoy your morning brew alone with head space.
People who regularly practice gratitude are more positive! They experience increased positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion, and even have stronger immune systems. Write down 3 things every day you are grateful for.
Read whenever you can but try to devote at least 30 minutes a day to it – improve brain function and you will learn something new every day!
MAKE EXERCISE A PRIORITY
Your health, clearing the mind, releasing frustration, increasing your motivation, and getting those endorphins pumping - just some of the reasons exercise should become a daily habit.
What do you want next month/year to look like? Take steps to make it happen. More than just taking initiative, being proactive means taking responsibility.
INVEST YOUR TIME WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE
Surround yourselves with radiators, motivators, and life lovers! Limit your time around negative and toxic people.
Sleep is critical to success. It is proven to improve memory function and creative thinking. Get the hours YOU need which can be different for everyone.
Habits unlike goals can be forever. Make them smaller and they become more manageable and realistic to build into your daily life.
LISTEN AND LEARN
Actively listen to your peers, employees, customers. You will always learn something from others and feeling heard will enhance your relationships.
