- This role is to provide maintenance and corporate governance of the in-house Fiduciary Limited companies.
- Co-ordination and arrangement of board meetings, collation of papers, attendance at meetings and taking minutes. Maintain company records and arrange submission of annual statutory filings for in-house companies within the requisite timeframes. Ensuring a high standard of corporate governance all in line with the defined business activities. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the companies procedures.
- This role will suit someone who is looking for a part time working pattern and who has a minimum of 3 years’ relevant finance industry experience, preferably within a Trust and Company environment, and strong technical skills.
