  • Within this new role you will share technical knowledge, experience and promote the importance of business controls, to promote the positive image of externally and develop a strong culture appreciation internally of the application and adherence of business controls.
  • You will be providing and promoting a superior client experience for the group in relation to the onboarding of new clients, and assisting the client facing teams with ensuring the company remains compliant with regulatory obligations whilst taking a pragmatic and commercial approach to risk-based challenges.
  • Ideally you will hold a relevant recognised qualification (ICSA Diploma, Step Diploma, AML/CFT professional qualification or other Table 4 qualification), and have 5+ years relevant finance industry experience either in a compliance or client facing role. Candidates should experience in coaching or supervising more junior members of staff, and an excellent understanding and knowledge of current industry legislation, regulation & operating working practices.
