Corporate Governance - Senior Administrator Prev Next

  • We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail, who has previous experience working in industry and/or professional practice, ideally holding relevant professional qualifications such as ICSA/ STEP.
  • This role will provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance team and in-house entities.
  • This will include creating agendas, collating and distributing board packs, administration of board meetings including, producing detailed board minutes, distribution of board minutes, arranging for signature and carrying out any post-meeting actions as required.
