- In this role, you will work with the Head of Business Solutions to ensure that client facing teams are able to make best use of their core system, NavOne, and other technology available.
- This role includes dealing with system usage queries and will also involve supporting process and system improvement projects across the whole business. These projects will enable the Business Operations Assistant to support the services provided by a Trust and Fund services business, and to develop Lean Six Sigma theories and data analytics, to improve those services.
- There will be opportunities to be actively involved in process analysis and mapping as well as data gathering and remediation.
