- This is a two-year programme which provides Academy members the opportunity to gain experience in both technical and commercial environments, as well as an understanding the business as a whole.
- The successful candidate will spend time within a customer support role in Retail and work with technical engineering teams. The scheme will involve a rotation between the below teams:
- 6 months Retail
- 6 months SOC & Enterprise Support
- 6 months Cloud
- 6 months Professional Services
- Good communication skills with the willingness and ability to provide excellent customer service is essential, along with a strong academic background.
