A Risk & Compliance Manager role focused on embedding a strong compliance culture, advising the business, maintaining risk frameworks and registers, leading projects and supporting regulatory monitoring and training.
5+ years relevant experience, strong knowledge of Jersey and Guernsey regulations, an ICA (or equivalent) qualification, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, resilience, strong organisation and the confidence to work independently.
