- Act as Head of Compliance for all licensed Jersey & Guernsey entities, developing and maintaining through appropriate procedures and training a working environment that identifies and minimises business and reputational risk, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, circulars, guidance notes and codes of conduct. The role includes appointment as Compliance Officer and MLCO for the Jersey office
