- The position reports to the Head of Risk & Compliance and will work closely with senior management, Jersey, and the boards of the Group Jersey Companies and the boards
- The role is a hands-on role, accountable for ensuring that the activities of the Group’s Jersey business are conducted in a risk based compliant manner, with an eye to best practice, particularly taking into account Global and Group practices regarding cross border business.
- The post holder will also influence key stakeholders in taking a collaborative approach towards building a risk aware and compliant culture pushing forward the risk & compliance strategy and agenda in conjunction with these stakeholders.
