Talent and Development Manager

  • (12-month FTC), supporting the delivery of learning and development programmes for global legal teams and embedding a strong Always Learning culture across the firm.
  • Experience in learning & development or talent management within legal or professional services, strong stakeholder management skills, confidence working with senior leaders and the ability to manage multiple programmes in a fast-paced environment.
