  • This is a two-year programme which provides Academy members the opportunity to gain experience in both technical and commercial environments, as well as an understanding the business as a whole.
  • The successful candidate will spend time within a customer support role in Retail and work with technical engineering teams. The scheme will involve a rotation between the below teams:
    • 6 months Retail
    • 6 months SOC & Enterprise Support
    • 6 months Cloud
    • 6 months Professional Services
  • Good communication skills with the willingness and ability to provide excellent customer service is essential, along with a strong academic background.
