- Lead regulatory transformation programmes across Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man, managing scope, budget, timelines, and the full project lifecycle, while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Proven project/programme management experience (up to 5 million), PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification, financial services/banking experience, strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A 9-month contract, providing exposure to high-profile regulatory programmes, hands-on project leadership across multiple jurisdictions, and collaboration with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
