More Research highlighting candidates are put off when firms fail to offer flexibility
New research suggests that UK businesses who don’t have flexible working policies risk losing out on top talent.
The research of 15,000 business people from over 80 countries conducted by IWG, shows 80% of those in the UK would choose a job which offered flexible working over a job that didn’t.
This is a huge percentage and reinforces how important it is for our local businesses to address their policies.
