In this week’s episode we were delighted to be joined by Carl Ibbet- Carl is an accredited Project, Programme and Portfolio Management Consultant with over 30 years’ experience within a variety of sectors. He is a Fellow of APM (the Association for Project Management who are the Chartered body for the Project profession) the Chair (and founding member) of the Channel Isles Committee. We were delighted to welcome him and understand more on what a career in this area involves, the challenges, how the sector has grown and what makes him get up in the morning.
It certainly is an interesting time for the project management space both in Jersey and the wider channel islands with initiatives and developments in the pipeline and it was great to hear about Carl’s career thus far and hear how he has seen the sector change (and to think it all started in a French coffee shop over a croissant…)
