Head of Application Support Next

  • Strong application support team leadership, leading a cross jurisdictional team of approximately 20+ people.
  • Establish a regular product service calendar ensuring that the Group can bring onboard product changes / developments as quickly as possible; focusing on quality and product capabilities, enabling the business to leverage new product capabilities quickly within a commercial framework to a high standard of delivery and support.
  • You will need a broad technical understanding of a wide range of applications and technologies, including cloud service providers, experience in the migration of technology services to the cloud would be advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles.
