- This role forms part of the Regulatory Operations Team and will manage and oversee the Quality Assurance Unit who are the first line of defence.
- A busy team that provide comprehensive and confidential quality assurance analysis of Client On-Boarding processes.
- In addition this role will provide technical support and training to the team members so strong people skills are essential.
