  • This role forms part of the global Knowledge Management team and involves working across various jurisdictions to support the legal practice teams in the delivery of client services. The role will focus on providing legal tools which support efficient and effective legal operations. These may be a combination of process workflows, matter maps, automation, client portals and knowledge databases.
  • Candidates need to have knowledge management and practical product experience of document automation and client portals in a law firm or legal practice environment.
