- Provide first line IT support desk function and where possible issues will be rectified at the first line, if not, then calls will be escalated to second line support.
- Perform daily system checks of backups, anti-virus updates etc.
- Setup and maintenance of user accounts across numerous applications.
- You will need an understanding of IT principals and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audience.
- Experience in computer networks and system maintenance or similar role preferred.
