  • Exciting new role with a booming, global and well recognised business.
  • Working with the Head of Reward, the purpose of this new role is to plan, design, evaluate and administer employee compensation programmes including salaries, short- and long-term incentives which are relevant to and compliant in each current and new jurisdiction. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers whilst ensuring that programmes deliver a good return on investment to the group.
  • Previous experience of managing annual compensation and benefit cycles in multi jurisdictions, experience of working in multiple jurisdictions and tax environments is also desirable.
