Assistant Manager, Fund Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance
- Supporting the Funds team by delivering company secretarial and corporate governance services, coordinating board and regulatory filings, maintaining statutory records, and assisting with governance, compliance and fund lifecycle events.
- Around five years' experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance or fiduciary role within a fund environment, a relevant professional qualification or studies in progress, strong knowledge of Jersey fund structures and regulation, and excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
