• Managing and administering a portfolio of fund and corporate structures, overseeing governance, compliance and statutory requirements, building strong client relationships, and supervising team workflow and delivery.
• Around five years' experience in financial services with exposure to fund, corporate or trust structures, a relevant professional qualification, strong AML and regulatory knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and experience leading or supporting team members.
