• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring all administration, governance and statutory obligations are met to Jersey standards.
• Lead and support a small Corporate Services team, overseeing workflow, mentoring staff and maintaining high levels of client service
• Must already be operating at Manager level within the fiduciary sector, holding strong knowledge of Jersey company law, AML/CFT and a proactive, can-do approach.
