• Lead and manage the trust and corporate administration function in Jersey, overseeing new entity formations, company secretarial duties, board and statutory records, client reviews, reporting, and end-to-end process improvement.
• 510 years experience in trust and company administration (ideally in an offshore environment), deep knowledge of corporate structures and regulatory frameworks, plus proven capability in managing a team and stakeholder relationships.
