JEND is made up of a growing number of employers in the Island who are committed to providing real jobs for people who have a disability. These employers work in partnership with Workwise to maximise employment opportunities for people with a disability.
Then at lunchtime we attended the CIPD event titled "Influencer, The Power to Change Anything" presented by Richard Pound. Richard is the Business Development Director at Grahame Robb Associates Ltd (GRA), a leading provider of staff and organisational development programmes for public and private sector clients across the globe.
Richard shared some powerful principles for changing behaviours – principles that anyone can apply to change almost anything. A highly inspirational lunch, as ever, thanks Richard.
... and finally tomorrow the CMI's lunch-time presentation titled Crucial Conversations, again presented by Richard Pound, This briefing aims to help you learn how to break the ‘culture of silence’, and will introduce a new, fresh and powerful set of principles and skills that will enable you and your staff to talk openly and honestly to anyone about almost anything.
