We are working with a leading independent provider of trust, corporate and fund administration services seeking an experienced Head of Risk & Compliance to join its Jersey leadership team.
This is a senior appointment with responsibility for leading the risk and compliance framework, overseeing regulatory and financial crime matters, engaging with regulators, and providing assurance to the Board and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
Significant Risk & Compliance leadership experience within trust, fiduciary or funds services
Strong knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements and AML/CFT frameworks
Experience operating at senior management and Board level
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA, ACAMS or equivalent) desirable
