Senior Client Manager, Funds
- A senior position responsible for owning and elevating the full client experience across global and local service teams. This role builds deep client understanding, drives high-quality service delivery, leads service review forums, resolves issues, oversees governance frameworks and champions a culture centred on exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strong experience in fund administration/private capital, solid organisational skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and confidence managing complex client interactions. Ideally, experience in a client service or operational environment plus relevant financial services qualifications.
