We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead and develop its tax function.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of tax services, managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax advice, leading and developing a team, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. The position will also play a key role in client relationship management, business development, and ensuring compliance with evolving tax legislation.
Key requirements:
Relevant professional tax qualification
Extensive tax experience, ideally 10+ years
Strong knowledge of Jersey tax legislation and a good understanding of UK tax matters
Previous leadership and people management experience
Excellent client relationship and business development skills
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
