  • Unique role with a global player for someone with a high level of attention to detail, strong coordination skills as well as the ability to question, challenge and work on own iniaitive.
  • The Outsourcing co- ordinator will ensure that all outsourced activities in relation to the correct processes and procedures have been followed in line with the groups internal policy, this would involve ensuring all correct documentation is used, correct meetings are organised and relevant stakeholders involved, taking of minutes, reviewing of all relevant documents, following up on feedback and points raised, as well as liaising with their counterpart in the outsourcing location.
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing role would be highly advantageous but candidates from a risk/ governance/ internal controls background can also be considered.
