  • This new role is responsible for ensuring monitoring of operational performance and managing regulatory and compliance matters which including monitoring consistent adherence to policies and procedures; assessing and recommending amendments to, internal systems and controls as well as policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with the regulatory framework and promptly instigating action to remedy any deficiencies in the arrangements.
  • This will also include providing written reports to relevant Boards in relation to compliance with requirements and acting as the principal point of contact with the JFSC on day-to-day regulatory matters.
  • Applicants should have minimum of 7 years’ experience within the compliance environment with a relevant compliance qualifications with ability to hold a key person role.
