  • To provide 2nd line technical support across Middleware platform.
  • The Service Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical leadership in the delivery of excellent service to our customers through the delivery of one or more service management disciplines, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity, Availability or Configuration Management. They are a recognised specialist in one or more of these disciplines. The complexity and criticality of the services increases as a Service Specialist becomes more senior and skilled.
  • Knowledge of WebSphere and / or Red Hat systems.
