Requirement Elicitation, Requirement Gathering skills, process analysis, gap analysis, Documentations, Analytical Skills, critical thinking, etc
- Participate in General IT Team work tasks and assist Application manager to adhoc projects as may be directed
- To ensure Application processes and procedures plus user guides are documented accurately and comply with company and group policies where applicable
- To produce and enhance current reporting functionality in NavOne with emphasis in developing and building future reports to aid the business (SQL/SSRS).
