Senior IT Technician

  • Joining a small but busy team, you will assist with IT support to a base of approximately 150 staff across 3 locations.
  • The role will be mostly 2nd line support and occasionally assisting 1st line service desk team in London with physical desk visits where a resolution over the phone or via remote desktop cannot be found.
  • 5 years + technical experience needed with experience of Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2016, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Office 365, Citrix, VMWare.
