  • To undertake all administration that is required throughout the employee life cycle for employees based within Jersey and Guernsey and other jurisdictions as the department and business needs. To act as the first port of call to employees and external stakeholders for all HR administrative related queries.
  • Responsible for uploading, seeking the relevant approval and advertising vacancies on eRecruit.
  • Responsible for scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers and recruitment agencies where necessary.
