  • This newly created Operations Department in Jersey is building out a team of professionals to perform operational activities to support the running of key functions across the organisation, whilst ensuring adherence to ongoing and upcoming regulatory requirements.
  • In this role, you will provide effective day to day management support of the team ensuring all daily duties are undertaken as part of the oversight of outsourced functions.
  • You will help maintain and develop test cases for Banking & Payment operations, working with the subject matter experts to expand test cases against system enhancements. Identify further system enhancements and assist with enhancement creation to create efficiency or remove volume sensitivity.
  • To be considered for this role, you will hold a sound knowledge of: Banking products and UK agency clearing services/ retail payments and operational control and workflows.
